1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and cup8 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or access any part of our platform at cup8.pro.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the cup8 platform. Continued use following any announced amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the cup8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Have never been restricted, suspended, or banned by cup8 previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.

Cup8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Members who fail to submit the required documents within the specified period may face a temporary restriction on their account.

3. Registration & Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at cup8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. cup8 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated information submitted by a member.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials is considered your own action. Please contact cup8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the cup8 platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's name only. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the chosen payment method.
• Cup8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal as a fraud prevention measure.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or system manipulation will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Cup8 does not bear any processing fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by cup8 are subject to rollover requirements specified separately for each offer. Members must fulfil the relevant rollover requirements before any bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible offer, unless stated otherwise.
• Cup8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice in the event of misuse.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including arbitrage betting or hedging — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the cup8 platform are conducted in accordance with the rules established by their respective game providers. Members agree that:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit bugs in the games is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, cup8 will use server records to determine the final outcome of the game.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. cup8 is not liable for any losses arising from misunderstanding the game rules.

7. Account Security & Data Protection

Cup8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. While we implement comprehensive security measures, you also share responsibility for keeping your account secure:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including cup8 staff.
• Use a strong, unique password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account when you are done, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy cup8 which forms part of this agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cup8 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of cup8 or our licensors and is protected by international copyright law.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without written permission from cup8. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided it does not infringe upon the rights stated herein.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Cup8 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The member is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• There is unusual or suspicious activity in the account that cannot be verified.
• The member has abused the platform's bonus or promotion system.
• The registration information provided was found to be inaccurate or misleading.

In the event of account suspension due to a breach of terms, cup8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. For closure at the member's own request, any valid balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cup8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party financial institutions.

Cup8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendment of Terms

Cup8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to registered members at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the change is immediately required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the cup8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
